The White Horse, Oxford, Chippy Challenge #13

Fish: cod
Sides: chips and peas
Evaluation: This claims to be the ‘Best Fish and Chips in town;” nope, not nearly nor even the best in a subcategory such as ‘in a pub’ or ‘in the city centre.’  The fish was rubbery but not as much as the peas (would guess frozen from a discount grocer).  No flavour at all to the batter.  But, at least it was overpriced.  The White Horse has always been overrun with tourists, but now it seems to be trying to be a tourist bar.
