Rooster's Union Gap

The weekend is here.
Let us plan a hilly run
And beverages.

Name: Rooster’s Union Gap
Type: blonde beer
Venue: Fork Handles, Oxford

Review/notes: This beer had a distinctly grapefruit flavour.  It was astringent on the mouth (but light) and the finish reminded me of the orchard of grapefruit I must have obliterated in my tripping days.  Okay, in my heavy tripping days (I needed the vitamin C).  Really fantastic stuff, this beer.
