Moorhouse's Black Cat Reserve

The most hygienic

Oxford City Centre pub

Is the Fork Handles.

Name: Moorhouse’s Black Cat Reserve

Type: mild

Venue: The Four Candles, Oxford

Review/notes: Best mild in a while the seasonal from Moorhouse’s was a treat despite being a bit lively on the pour.  Fortunately the bartender had a straw to smooth the head at the top of the glass; having done so, she placed the straw on the stickiest part of the bar and continued the pull.  Still foamy, she used her fingers to knock off the new head then the bar straw to make it even at the top of the glass. Serving me, she went to the next customer without washing — or even drying — her hands.
