Thwaites Wainwright

Eminence visits:
Time to throw shit together
And see if it sticks.

Name: Thwaites Wainwright
Type: bitter
Venue: Wheatsheaf, Swindon

Review/notes: The Wheatsheaf is always a good choice (real oak barrels gravity dispense the 6X).  After a long afternoon designing some ion optics I should have already built a year ago (obliquely referenced in the haiku), I opted to run the last leg of the commute home.  There was a shooting last night in the neighbourhood I zigzagged through on my way to Old Town and there were coppers everywhere…but not so many that some little yobs-in-training didn’t feel uncomfortable flinging chestnuts at me.
