A hard day at work,
Full throttle operation
But, like in treacle.

Name: Mendoz Parra Alta Malbec
Type: red wine
Recipe: cassoulet, this one with black beans, remove from freeze and reheat
Venue: house

Review/notes: Old cassoulet can really fight off most wines, but this was up to the task.  Have to keep it in mind for some especially raw meat, too.
