Lazy day today.
A short run, some household chores,
And pommy soaked steaks.
Name: Sheppy’s Vintage Reserve Oak Aged Somerset Cider
Recipe: Two frying steaks (sort of like breakfast steaks back home) marinated a few hours in about ¼ cup of fresh pomegranate seeds, crushed, with a splash of Viet Namese fish sauce are flash fried and served with chips and a fresh salad. Yum.
Review/notes: Good cider, really pick up the vanilla from the American oak (Bourbon) barrels.
