Stella Artois and salsa

Waiting for the cheese
To melt into the nachos.
A race day reward.

Name: Stella Artois
Type: lager
Recipe: nachos with freshly made salsa
Venue: house

Review/notes: Stella was on sale and already chilled as I returned from the Commonweal 5 Mile race still suffering from the night before.  I always think of two things when I drink this…first, a Mickey Flanagan comedy bit about how the only thing more threatening than a bloke in a wifebeater walking down the street drinking Stella is a shirtless bloke walking down the street drinking Special Brew.  Second, is one of the most annoying hashers I have ever met (hash name “Stella the Udderly Bi Fella“).
