The Crown, Chinnor, Oxfordshire   Leave a comment

I left the Red Lion thoroughly amused but was on a mission to encircle the starting point of the Oxford Hash (and the night’s hare’s house) with extra flour markings so soldiered on. Still, somewhere between fanaticism and zealotry lies the alcoholic fascination with new pubs…what is it like in there, and how expensive are the beverages?

I entered the Crown and found an old house with flagstone floors and timber ceilings and a friendly hostess, the only downside seems to be a pint of skunky lager goes for £3.60.  Well, back on the road.
