Sides: none
Evaluation: Racing against the clock to catch a village chippy for lunch, I dashed along the Swan’s Way permissive path from Lewknor to Watlington and by-passed a pub (yikes!) to find I had beaten closing time by nearly an hour.  The fish was cooked to order and came golden and perfectly poached in its crisp batter jacket.  Bravo.
