Crabbie's Ginger Beer

Chicken or the egg,
Or neither since first thing is
Crabbie’s Ginger Beer.

Name: Crabbie’s Ginger Beer
Type: Alcoholic ginger beer
Recipe: Karahi chicken…butter and oil to sweat some garlic and onion, then add garam masala, cumin, ground coriander seed, and mint for a few stirs before the chunked chicken bits (used thighs because I need the bones for broth this weekend).  Brown this then add a scant cup of broth and boil down.  Serve with some garlic naan and a very simple salad.
Venue: house

Review/notes: I love this Ginger Beer and I had a coupon so it seemed the perfect accompaniment to cooking.  I was right.
