Pewsey Pizza and Kebab, Pewsey, Wiltshire (kpw* for Week 30)   1 comment

[*kpw = kebab per week for 2013, as noted in an earlier post and the 34th entry for the 2013 Challenge]

Done with the Great Bustard 5, it was finally time to dine and I found, despite the lack of outside signage, the Pewsey Pizza and Kebab shop (just north of the Alfred the Great Statue seen above in the background albeit a bit blurred).

The product I selected, döner meat with chips and some salad, was surprisingly good if a bit grey and chewy.  The chilli sauce, oddly fluorescent once out in the sunlight, was only mildly sweet and had a hidden level of spiciness to it; the chips were fabulous and the greens crisp.
